Terms of Service

Vibio is a free service, provided as-is. You describe a vibe, AI builds a link-in-bio page, and it goes live at a URL you can claim.

You are responsible for what you publish. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. The following are banned:

• Hate speech or harassment
• Sexual content involving minors
• Violence or threats of violence
• Illegal goods or services
• Scams, phishing, or malware
• Impersonation of people, brands, or support teams

We can unpublish or remove violating pages at any time. Pages reported 3 or more times are automatically unpublished pending review. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Every published page has a "report this page" link in its footer, which leads to a report form. You can also email hergienterprises@gmail.com.

Generated designs and copy are yours to use. You are responsible for what you publish, AI-assisted or not. If the AI produces something bad or inappropriate, flag it via the flag control in the Studio.

• Unclaimed pages expire after 7 days.
• We may reclaim handles that impersonate other people or squat on trademarks.

Vibio charges no fees and takes no commission on anything you sell through your links. If paid features ever launch, they will be separate and opt-in.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
